Mission Driven Finance and Known Holdings are formalizing a long-term partnership to give fund managers, allocators and businesses the infrastructure they need to turn early traction into lasting scale. The two firms will work together first through Built, Fund as a Service, the fund infrastructure platform developed by Known.
Businesses, real estate projects and fund managers across the country are showing early results, yet many stay small because attracting capital takes infrastructure they do not have. Investor appetite is growing, but the infrastructure that connects investors to these opportunities remains fragmented and underdeveloped.
"A decade ago, many of the opportunities we encountered were still working to prove what was possible. Today, many are looking for the infrastructure they need to reach the next stage. The challenge is ensuring the opportunities that are ready to scale have access to the support required to do it," said David Lynn, CEO of Mission Driven Finance.
The relationship began at the start of 2026. Since then, the two firms have worked together on multiple client engagements, from early-stage fund design to supporting investment strategies as they prepare to attract larger pools of capital.
