Laura Zillmer is a senior data analyst at Mission Driven Finance, where she transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive social impact. She brings over a decade of experience in international development, where she led monitoring and evaluation efforts across global programs focused on food security, governance, health, and economic inclusion. In these roles, she specialized in designing systems to measure outcomes, track progress, and turn data into learning.

Laura is currently pursuing a master’s in analytics, where she’s expanding her skills in modern data science tools and techniques. She is especially passionate about data visualization and enjoys building dashboards that make information more intuitive and accessible.

Outside of work, you can find Laura exploring DC’s green spaces, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
