Dave Anderson has built a real estate career spanning investment management, PropTech, and community development. Dave’s previous roles include VP of Real Estate at The University Financing Foundation, acquisitions roles at several southeast real estate PE firms such as Hem+ Spire, leadership positions at PropTech startups such as Cadre and Archer.re, and overseeing strategy for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority’s real estate division. He also worked with Green Street Advisors, Acadia Realty Trust, and as an economic development consultant for municipalities and developers. Dave holds an MBA in Real Estate from The Wharton School (UPENN), an A.B. in Economics cum laude from Harvard University, is a CFA charterholder, and is a member of both the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC). Dave is based in metro Atlanta.
