12/2020 — The Homebuilding Investment Fund I successfully closed, having mobilized over $2 million in investments and grants for San Diego Habitat for Humanity to accelerate affordable home construction for our neighbors in San Diego County. The fund supported the construction of 27 homes for San Diego families.
