Creekside Pointe is a new development of attainable homes for middle-income families to build wealth through homeownership.
This development is led by Robert Ito and Roxanne Girard of Ito Girard & Associates and Jack of McGrory La Jolla MJ Management.
Creekside Pointe consists of 24 3-bedroom and 3-bath townhomes in a horseshoe configuration in order to bring the community together. This new property is located at the end of Euclid Avenue in Encanto, right next to Creekside Market Place and within walking distance to the Euclid Avenue Trolley Station and transit hub. Homeowners will have access to a grocery store with fresh and healthy food and various restaurant options.
In addition, thanks to a grant program from Bank of America, each family that qualifies will get up to a $17,500 grant to purchase their home.
Why we invested
Mission Driven Finance previously worked with Robert and Roxanne for the Hilltop Crossing development, and they came back to us for gap financing on Creekside Pointe when inflation affected their construction plans. By closing this capital gap, homeownership is within reach for twenty-four more families in Southeast San Diego.
