Senior Director of Impact

Anne is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs as catalysts of social change.

As the senior director of impact at Mission Driven Finance, Anne manages the firm’s impact measurement frameworks and management systems.

Anne has over 10 years of experience working in the impact investing field. Prior to joining Mission Driven Finance, Anne was the global director of impact at the Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF) and the deputy director at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED), a program within SEAF that supports growth-stage entrepreneurs in emerging markets through capital and technical assistance.

Anne started her career in impact investing as an investment officer at USAID, where she structured catalytic funds in Sub-Saharan Africa and helped develop a multi-stakeholder partnership to support agribusinesses in emerging markets. Anne was a presidential management fellow at the U.S. Department of State and is a member of the Kauffman Fellows network, dedicated to leaders in venture capital.

When she’s not in the office, Anne is camping with her family, karaokeing to 80’s rock, or hiking and biking with her two young kids.

Anne is an alumna of the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Cornell University.
