Ashanti Bryant, as senior program officer for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, supports the efforts to promote thriving children, working families, and equitable communities. He brings decades of experience as a teacher and school principal in child care settings, public and private schools.

Pierre Joseph is a senior manager on the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston‘s Working Places team, where he leads the Inclusive Economies Initiative. The initiative aims to build partnerships and support distressed post-industrial communities by connecting civic leaders with capital for inclusive local economic development.
Onay Payne‘s career is shaped by her journey as a Jamaican immigrant who rose through the New York public school system to earn degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
