Our team loves to use the rocket emoji ? to celebrate our growth path—to the moon! But it’s not just growth for growth’s sake over here. Our growth means that more impact investment strategies are taking off and driving capital into communities.
This growth is fueled by thoughtful client-partners across the country dreaming up new ways to center their communities and powered by our rapidly growing team.
Help us celebrate team promotions, welcome our new team members (all in freshly created roles), and learn how they are accelerating impact.
Kenny Shelton, based in Seattle, Washington, joins as our director of custom solutions as we expand our portfolio of national client partners—including recent additions Philadelphia Accelerator Fund, San Diego Workforce Partnership, and Common Trust. India Clark, based in Greenville, South Carolina, is our director of real estate, working closely with Laura Kohn and our CARE Investment Trust to expand quality affordable child care. India has lived abroad in Barcelona and Paris, launching her international commercial real estate career.

We are fortunate to have such experienced and thoughtful talent on our team as we embark on the next chapter of our firm.
And we aren’t done yet! Mission Driven Finance is currently recruiting a director of portfolio services and a technology manager to deepen our impact. Please spread the word if you know anyone who wants to help us close capital and opportunity gaps.
