Kenny Shelton, based in Seattle, Washington, joins as our director of custom solutions as we expand our portfolio of national client partners—including recent additions Philadelphia Accelerator Fund, San Diego Workforce Partnership, and Common Trust. With the mission to “unstick capital,” Kenny has experience running an accelerator supporting Black entrepreneurs in the Pacific Northwest,
India Clark, based in Greenville, South Carolina, is our director of real estate, working closely with Laura Kohn and our CARE Investment Trust to expand quality affordable child care. India has lived abroad in Barcelona and Paris, launching her international commercial real estate career.
Strengthening all orbit operations
Angeli Diamante-Burns and Arai Buendia join our client operations team, led by Thai Nguyen, as we work with more client partners to flow capital to communities across the country.
Angeli, based in Stamford, Connecticut, is passionate about exploring ways in which principles in business, technology, and development go hand in hand to create a better society and has experience in social enterprises, including B Corps.
Arai, based in San Francisco, with experience in public health and small business entrepreneurship, has a passion for equity and accessibility.
Ronnie Hughes, Jr., based in Little Rock, Arkansas, joins our accounting team—Adam Best and Kelsey Lillion—with years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
In addition to the above new team members, we also promoted four teammates in the first three months of the year. Congratulations to Crystal Sevilla, Laura Olivas, Andrew Moncada, and Zach Lickteig!
